Camera-Ready Guide

Please submit your camera-ready paper by 16 October 2026, 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE, UTC-12).

Sign in to OpenReview, open your original accepted submission, and select Camera Ready Revision. Upload your final PDF, update the permitted submission fields as needed, and save the revision. Use the existing paper submission; do not create a new one.

Before the deadline, verify that the uploaded PDF opens correctly and that the saved revision contains the intended final version.

The camera-ready allowance includes one additional page compared with the original submission limit:

For all three tracks, references and appendices do not count toward these limits. Optional appendices may be included after the references, with no page limit.

Prepare your paper in English and include complete author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments where applicable. Preserve the template's prescribed fonts, font sizes, margins, two-column layout, and spacing.

No new authors may be added. The order of existing authors may be changed.

This section applies to the Research and Industry Tracks only. AI Paper Track authors should use the non-archival template below.

In your ACM template project, replace the original main .tex file (for example, sample-sigconf.tex or main.tex) with this downloaded file. Rename it to the original main filename, or select it as the main document in Overleaf.

Copy your paper's title, author information, abstract, keywords, CCS concepts where applicable, body, acknowledgments, references, and optional appendices into the corresponding sections, replacing all example content. Keep acmart.cls, ACM-Reference-Format.bst, and your existing bibliography, figure, and section files in the project. The downloaded file includes instructions for using your own BibTeX bibliography.

This is a complete main document that compiles as supplied in the ACM template project. It already includes the DAI 2026 conference information and ACM Reference Format. The template automatically inserts your paper's author names, title, and page count. Unassigned publication details are left blank, and the ACM rights notice is temporarily suppressed.

This template is for the current OpenReview version only. We will submit this camera-ready version to ACM for Research integrity checking. Once ACM has cleared the paper and it enters the final publication process, we will provide the official publication metadata and ACM rights instructions. At that stage, please replace the temporary settings in this template with the supplied metadata and rights commands.

AI Paper Track papers are non-archival and will not be included in the DAI 2026 ACM proceedings. The final paper will be retained on OpenReview as part of the track's public record. The ACM publication and APC instructions on this page apply to the Research and Industry Tracks only.

This is a complete main document that compiles as supplied in the ACM template project. The sigconf,nonacm class options and non-archival footer are already configured.

The template suppresses the ACM Reference Format block, copyright/licensing notice, DOI, and ISBN. Every page, including the first, displays the conference information, Non-archival paper, and the page number in the footer, without running headers.

Keep the paper's normal citations and References section. The ACM Reference Format block being removed is the publisher's suggested citation block near the beginning of the paper.

ARM Bundle and public materials

• Update your ARM Bundle, including the AI Research Autonomy Disclosure, to reflect the final paper.
• Follow the track's public-release requirements and document any necessary redactions.
• Check that the paper title, abstract, and human-author information are accurate and consistent with the OpenReview record.
• Verify that the uploaded PDF opens correctly, that the non-archival footer appears as intended, and that the saved revision contains the final paper and supporting materials.

• Address the reviewers' feedback and any requirements stated in the decision or meta-review.
• Check that the paper title, abstract, and author information are accurate and consistent between the PDF and OpenReview.
• Update supplementary materials and disclosures where necessary, ensuring that they remain consistent with the final manuscript.
• Confirm that the PDF uses the required format and page limit, includes author information, and contains no sample conference or publication values from the template.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work. For AI Paper Track papers, this must be a human author. Further instructions on registration and presentation arrangements will be sent separately.

For Research and Industry Track papers.

The camera-ready version submitted at this stage will be archived on OpenReview and used to initiate the ACM publication workflow, including mandatory Research integrity checking for ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS) proceedings.

Once Research integrity checking is complete and the results have been cleared by ACM, we will follow up with authors about the final publication requirements, conference-specific publication metadata, and instructions for completing the ACM rights process.

For the current OpenReview version, use the conference information provided above and leave unassigned publication details blank. Replace the temporary settings with the official information when preparing the final submission to ACM. Please use the information provided at that stage when preparing the publication version, rather than the sample values included in the template.
