The aim of the Distributed AI (DAI) is bringing together researchers and practitioners in related areas (e.g., general AI, multi-agent systems, distributed learning, computational game theory) to provide a single, high-profile, internationally renowned forum for research in the theory and practice of distributed AI.

The first conference was held in Beijing, China in October 2019. It featured high-quality tutorials, invited papers from sister conferences (AAMAS, AAAI, IJCAI, EC, KDD, ICML, NeurIPS), and industry talks.
